High speed machining
– BRIO high-speed units with a bearing construction, which does not require any maintenance, make a spindle speed range of up to 20,000 RPM possible. Simultaneously, the low run-out in spindle cone is conserved.
High-speed units are mounted with balanced spindle, motor and pulleys and are made to the usual rigid BRIO quality, which ensures a stable and precise machining. The spindle nose is in accordance with DIN 2079 and is therefore quite suitable for direct mounting of tools.
The high-speed units can be supplied with servomotor and a motor with built-in frequency converter. Quick tool change as well as equipment for coolant through the spindle can be chosen as options. In addition, the unit can be supplied with an adjustment plate, ensuring a quick and precise alignment.
